Hello and welcome to Polly Frances Elizabeth, purveyor of whimsical handmade goodies. I am inspired by nature, art, fantasy, folk art, mori kei, dolly kei, history, illustration, and fairy tales. I make a little of whatever takes my fancy, be it jewellery, clothing, art, housewares, or little creatures to keep you company.
If you can't find exactly what you are looking for, I take custom orders. Please contact me for details and quotes.
Standard UK First Class postage on my items is free-this takes around 4-7 days for UK orders and up to 3 weeks internationally. If you need your item super fast, I can rush the order and use a faster postage method, but I do charge extra for this.

Payment
The amounts stated in my listings cover the item listed and standard shipping. They do not cover any taxes or charges incurred, or expedited shipping. If you require expedited shipping please contact me before purchase and I will adjust the listing to include this (for a higher shipping fee). All taxes or charges incurred on orders are the responsibility of the recipient. I am not responsible for paying any taxes or charges once I have posted the item.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to payment, please inform me as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact me within 2 days of payment. If I have not shipped your item, I will provide a full refund. If I have already shipped your item, I will give a partial refund, minus the cost of postage, on return of the undamaged and unused item. The buyer pays the return postage.
Shipping
I post all items First Class within the UK and EU and Airmail to the USA and Canada. I do not get tracking numbers or insurance unless I am specifically asked to. I do obtain proof of postage for all orders.
The buyer is responsible for any customs charges, or any other charges or taxes incurred on orders. I will not pay customs charges or any other charges or taxes incurred on orders. I advise checking customs charges for your country before ordering from me.
